Our quality control team makes it possible to deliver products with all necessary tests and adequate documentation for our clients.
Throughout our production chain, we implement meticulous testing processes to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Therefore, during the manufacturing process we perform all the necessary analyses (chemical-physical, microbiological and galenic developments) and register them on our computer system.

TESTING OF POWDER MIXTURES
- Organoleptic characteristics.

TESTS DURING COMPRESSION OR ENCAPSULATION

TESTS IN PRIMARY PACKAGING

TESTS IN SECONDARY PACKAGING

FINAL PRODUCT TESTING
- All previously mentioned test, which are deemed as appropriate are carried out, to ensure that the product is flawless and according to specification.
TESTS ON RAW MATERIALS
- Organoleptic characteristics.

- Microbiological analysis (fungi y yeasts, aerobes, colis, pathogens).
- pH.

- Identification.
We have the capability to conduct the majority of these tests internally, leveraging our extensive range of testing equipment. For the tests that cannot be performed in-house, we collaborate with certified external labs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
We can determine purity through the polarimetry of amino acids, and we differentiate spectroscopical parts, through qualitative and quantitate determination, using ultraviolet and infrared lamps and using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet and fluorescence detectors. Regarding the phytochemical analysis, we use thin layer chromatography to determine the quantities.
Lastly, we study the possible existence of microorganisms or bacteria, in a microbiology lab, such as Aerobes, Moulds, Yeasts, Salmonella, E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria.

We carry out studies and analyses on the stability of the products, playing a very important role in the manufacturing process. For this purpose, we have two stability chambers; one under real conditions (temperature 25ºC and 40% RH), and another under accelerated conditions (temperature 40ºC and 75% RH).
Throughout the entire process of creating, developing and manufacturing products, our R&D team accompanies every step, to operate at the highest level and precision. Hereby guaranteeing the satisfaction of our clients and customers.
